Hey Reader! I need to check in with you. Like, for real. Not the “I’m fine” or “just busy” bs check-in we give people out of habit. I want the unfiltered, no-holds-barred, this is what’s actually going on check-in. I am encouraging you to give me the raw, unpolished truth, how are you really feeling? What’s been heavy? What’s been beautiful? What’s been straight-up annoying? No need to sugarcoat it. I want to hold space for you to just be honest. I ALSO want you to channel your future self, the version of you who has already made it through whatever storm (if there is one) you’re in right now. The you who figured it out, secured the bag, healed, released, loved deeper, laughed more. What would they say is going on? I know life be life-ing. But I also know we are not meant to do it alone. Sometimes we just need someone to see us—to witness our now while reminding us of our next. So, I’m inviting you to let me witness you today. Hit reply and send me your check-in.
