Hi Reader, I hope that you have been able to stay grounded and regulated during the first full week of 2026. Personally, my week has been full of ups and downs. We are ALL navigating real situations in real time. Big emotions will surface, responsibilities still need our attention, fires need to be put out and sometimes confrontations are inevitable. This is all in tandem with keep clear on our intention to be a willing and spacious vessel for God's love and light to flow through us to those whom have access to us. The concept of removing our attention from what we don't want to experience and focus on what we do want to experience instead of a LOT easier said than done. Makes sense logically, but embodiment can prove a bit challenging. WHEW! A little over a week ago, I was sitting at my desk, beginning my day with prayer, self - concept programming and a journaling practice to identify which outcomes I would prefer to experience that day. I had the thought "I should go live, maybe people would be inspired to do this themselves" It went really well and I got a ton of great feedback so I kept showing up every morning. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that this consistent habit now serves to:
It's honestly been a gift that keeps on giving because now I have a surplus of long form content to consistently post over on my YouTube Channel. Also, the conversations have been so transformative. We reprogram our minds together, we discuss the concept of focusing on the "what" without suffering trying to figure out the "how". It's such a beautiful way to begin the days. This is what I love about intentionally living a life of flow versus force. It's a very peaceful and fulfilling approach to intend to be led by God versus trying to force outcomes and box God in. It allows me to rest and wait to receive my next steps instead of this looming sense of urgency around the things my mind tells me I "should, could or would" be doing. In other updates, there’s also been a lot of energy around the retreat! The responses have been generous and thoughtful. Egypt is currently the top choice, followed by Bali, Thailand, and Costa Rica. If you haven’t had a chance to weigh in yet, we’d really love your vote so the direction reflects the collective voice. Tomorrow, 1/11 at 4 PM EST, I’ll be teaching our bi-weekly masterclass inside the Quantum Prayer Circle on Ego as a Nervous System Response. The heart of this conversation is understanding how the mind and ego are meant to work in service of the heart rather than attempting to carry responsibility for God's business. We’ll talk about setting clear outcomes, releasing the grip on form, and how regulation brings a sense of order and ease back into the body. If any of this sounds like something you could benefit from, please join us over on the YouTube Channel, in the morning lives or inside the Quantum Prayer Circle. I’m grateful to be in this with you and to keep building it together. Sending lots of peace, love and clarity. With Love, Meg |

Happy 2026 Reader! Life is brimming isn't it?! There are so many layers of experiences happening both in our external lives along with our internal landscape. Some of them can feel exciting, peaceful, loving and hopeful, while there are others that may feel like disrespect, inaqequacy, overwhelm or insignificance. I think its fair to say we'd ALL prefer to stay on the happy side of the emotional wheel. When we have those uncomfortable feelings based on life circumstances (and programming) the...
Hi Reader, I wanted to check in because this part of the year can feel confusing when the calendar keeps pushing “new year” energy forward while your body and attention clearly are not operating from that place yet. From an Eastern perspective, this is still an inward season where winter is meant for clearing, stabilizing, and orientation rather than forcing momentum or making declarations about what comes next. It’s worth remembering that the real new year does not begin in January at all...
Hi Reader, As this season unfolds, many of us are noticing what no longer fits, what feels heavier than it used to, and what is being revealed as out of alignment with who you are becoming. There's no need to rush to label it, explain it, or immediately act on it. Sometimes honoring yourself looks like simply acknowledging the truth without needing to express it. You’re allowed to release what no longer matches your values, your capacity, or your nervous system, even if it once made sense and...
