Peace > Pressure

Hi Reader,

I currently have a video going viral of a very random prayer I just so happened to turn my video on and record...

I am still in the process of seeing how much of my spiritual practice has been shaped around the idea of earning outcomes. Even in my prayers, I used to subconsciously negotiating with God, offering my effort in exchange for favor.

I realize NOW that it is the result from patriarchal programming that tells me I must work hard and earn my worth.

I wanted miracles but I still wanted to be the one in charge of how they arrived. I was asking for divine movement while keeping one hand on the wheel.

Something deeper happens when you finally release the need to manage how life unfolds. When you stop trying to manifest specific forms and instead open yourself to the flow of divine intelligence moving through you, the entire energetic landscape shifts.

I started noticing new levels of clarity in my work, unexpected collaborations, peace that arrived in the middle of uncertainty, and creativity that felt both ancient and brand new. It was like God was reminding me that the moment I stopped micromanaging, everything I had been trying to create could finally breathe.

There is a sacred difference between chasing blessings and becoming a vessel for them. When you ask to be used as an expression of love, peace, and brilliance, you stop striving to make life happen and start allowing it to unfold through your alignment. You start realizing that your purpose isn’t about performing goodness. It is about being available for it. Being still enough, open enough, and surrendered enough for divine energy to express itself through your presence, your words, your work, your art, your parenting, your very being.

Today, instead of asking for more, I am choosing to be more. More receptive, peaceful and grounded in my life. More of a channel than a controller. I have come to understand that the blessing is not what flows to me. The blessing is what flows through me.

Yes God.

Happy Sunday Reader, I’ve been sitting with a lot of clarity lately around relationships, habits, and old versions of myself that I tried to carry longer than I needed to. There were situations I held on to simply because I had history with them, as if time was enough to justify effort even after the alignment was gone. For years, I thought that made me loyal and dependable. What I see now is that I was often ignoring the part of me that already knew it was time to let go. Staying too long...

Hi Reader Something has been shifting in the way I move lately. There’s a calm that comes when I stop needing to figure everything out and start trusting what’s already guiding me. I used to think alignment meant being in perfect control of my timing, my plans, my next move. Now it feels more like letting the stream of life carry me where it’s already going. I’ve been feeling this deep reminder that peace doesn’t have to be earned and clarity doesn’t have to be chased. The same power that...

Hi Reader, Everywhere I look lately, there appears to be chaos. Protecting your peace is crucial because your (quality of) life depends on it. You can feel it in the air. Confusion, fear, and noise moving through the world like a current. Government decisions, global tension, people losing their center. The world is showing us what happens when ego's are out of control and energy loses alignment. It's a stark reminder for those of us who remember who we are to anchor something different....
