A birthday moment I want to share

Happy Sunday Yes God Family, It’s my birthday today, and I woke up with a clear sense of where I am in my life and who I’ve become. I’ve been doing a lot of inner work over a long stretch of time, and this morning made me aware of how much it has truly transformed me. There is such a HUGE change in how I handle things that once pulled me in directions I would NEVER entertain now. I can see the difference in how I move, the ways I used to overextend and speak to myself with such harsh criticism. I see how I used to try to control outcomes and how I thought that MORE work and effort was going to yield me results. It's truly phenomenal to witness how surrendering (which feels so counterintuitive) brings me opportunities and results that have surpassed my wildest expectations. There's truly a sweet spot between unceasing affirmative prayer and taking only inspired action. Yesterday someone messaged me this beautiful reflection and it reminded me that when I’m aligned with myself and what feels good and natural to me, the impact is natural and inevitable. A lot of us are noticing our own changes. We're seeing where we’ve grown, catching things we used to overlook and choosing ourself in ways that feel liberating. Assisting people to have these types of revelations and be a support as they realize their own inner power to transform their lives bring me immense amounts of joy and fulfillment! My intention for us this week is to stay connected to ourselves. When something speaks to you internally, listen to it. When your body signals you, acknowledge it. When your truth shows up, don’t step around it. This is how everything shifts from the inside out.
