People often try to transform in reverse...

Hi Reader,

Most people try to change their life backwards. I was one of them.

They start with habits, routines, and tactics, hoping those things will eventually produce a new identity. They buy the gym membership, commit to the productivity system, start the meditation practice, and then wonder why the motivation disappears after a few weeks.

What actually drives lasting change is simpler and more powerful than any of that.

Identity comes first.

When someone truly decides who they are, behavior begins reorganizing itself around that decision almost automatically. A person who decides they are a runner no longer debates whether to go for a run. A person who decides they are disciplined stops negotiating with themselves every morning. A person who decides they are at peace begins responding to situations differently because their identity no longer matches the old reaction.

The decision comes first. The habits follow. The decision is the manifestation.

Something similar happened organically inside the Quantum Prayer Circle recently. I mentioned that I move with the moon phases and someone in the community asked to learn more about it. That question turned into a masterclass and now we are doing it together for accountability and support. Starting this new moon on March 18, we will choose one internal intention and one external intention and move through the phases of planning, clearing, receiving, and action as life reveals them. Rather than forcing outcomes, we learn to recognize which phase we are in and meet it with clarity.

That cycle begins together on March 18.

I also recently decided to demonstrate this identity principle publicly so people can watch how fast behavior shifts when a real decision is made. I am committed to walking ten thousand steps daily while staying consistent with my macros. This is not a fitness challenge and it is not punishment. It is identity alignment. I said I am a Divine (Bali) baddie now and because that decision is made, the habits follow naturally.

The same principle applies to every area of your life. When you decide you are healthy, wealthy, focused, creative, or deeply connected to God, your daily actions begin reflecting that decision far more naturally than when you are trying to force change through willpower alone.

A few things happening this month:

I will be in Brooklyn on Sunday, March 22 vending my feminine wellness products at the Spring Into Wellness Retreat at Nicholas BK from noon to six. If you are in the New York area, I would love to see you there. Click the flier below to register

The V Steam Coach Certification is back by popular demand for those who want to learn the practice more deeply or bring it into their own work with women. As a Quantum Prayer Circle member, you receive $500 off.

And the Bali retreat is still open. Payment plans are available through the end of April. Bali has a way of helping people make powerful identity decisions quickly because stepping outside your normal environment creates the space to see your life differently and move forward with real clarity.

More soon.

With so Much Love,
Meg

Hi Reader, Not that long ago, I remember trying to make my life make sense, looking at my money, my options, my timing, trying to piece together a path that felt solid. Every version I came up with only worked if everything lined up perfectly, which made it really clear that I was trying to solve something from a level that was always going to feel limited because I was only using what I could currently see to decide what was possible. When we operate like that, everything naturally starts to...

Hey Reader, There is a point on the growth journey where the work stops being about more information. You already know enough. You have been doing the journaling, the praying, the affirmations, the mindset shifts. You have been catching yourself, redirecting your thoughts, choosing again and again to see things differently. You are doing the work. That is not the question. The question is what environment you keep returning to every single day after you do it. Here is what I have come to...

Hey Reader, I want to talk about two words that most of us say dozens of times a day without ever fully grasping the magnitude of what we are doing when we say them. I AM. In the ancient Hebrew tradition, when Moses asked God for a name, the response was not a title or a label. It was a declaration of being itself. Ehyeh Asher Ehyeh. I AM that I AM. And what God was revealing in that moment was not just a name. It was the nature of existence. Pure, self-sustaining, ever-present being. No...
