Hi Reader When I recently participated in Myron Golden’s challenge, he asked us to identify our reputation in the marketplace. That question pierced me. I realized my reputation has always been as the woman who became disappointed with Western medicine and turned fully toward Eastern practices for healing. I sat with that truth and then went through the testimonials in my phone. As I scrolled, I began to cry. Story after story reminded me of the lives touched, the cycles restored, the pain lifted, and the sense of wholeness women found through this work. I was overwhelmed with gratitude. What I thought of as small seeds planted had already grown into gardens of healing. For years I wrestled with an inner conflict. Should I focus on womb wellness or on mindset, manifestation, and personal development? I kept trying to separate them. What I now see so clearly is that they are inseparable. Tending to the womb is a natural step into tending to the heart, the emotions, and the mindset. Womb work opens the door to consciousness work. I also had to admit something else. During my marriage and later divorce, I was distracted. I had forgotten the power of keeping company with those who reflect your highest truth. This reminder was painful but necessary. It showed me that alignment is not only about practices, it is also about the people and energy you allow into your life. As I return to the foundation of my work, I am seeing again how womb health and spiritual identity walk hand in hand. The womb is the root of our rhythm, the place where listening to God’s design begins. When we honor her, the heart softens, the mind clears, and life begins to align naturally. Here are some of the voices that keep me devoted to this path: These words are why I do this. They are evidence that the womb is a sacred entry point into transformation. What I want you to know is this: healing does not come through more force or more striving. Healing comes through surrender, softness, and trust in the flawless design of your body. My devotion is to guide that shift. Whether through womb wellness, identity reset, reality selection, or the practices inside the Yes God Body Spiritual Gym, every offering is built to awaken what is already alive within you. Release the resistance. Trust your design. Your body already knows the way. With love and alignment, Founder of Yes God Wellness |

Happy Sunday Reader, I’ve been sitting with a lot of clarity lately around relationships, habits, and old versions of myself that I tried to carry longer than I needed to. There were situations I held on to simply because I had history with them, as if time was enough to justify effort even after the alignment was gone. For years, I thought that made me loyal and dependable. What I see now is that I was often ignoring the part of me that already knew it was time to let go. Staying too long...
Hi Reader Something has been shifting in the way I move lately. There’s a calm that comes when I stop needing to figure everything out and start trusting what’s already guiding me. I used to think alignment meant being in perfect control of my timing, my plans, my next move. Now it feels more like letting the stream of life carry me where it’s already going. I’ve been feeling this deep reminder that peace doesn’t have to be earned and clarity doesn’t have to be chased. The same power that...
Hi Reader, I currently have a video going viral of a very random prayer I just so happened to turn my video on and record... I am still in the process of seeing how much of my spiritual practice has been shaped around the idea of earning outcomes. Even in my prayers, I used to subconsciously negotiating with God, offering my effort in exchange for favor. I realize NOW that it is the result from patriarchal programming that tells me I must work hard and earn my worth. I wanted miracles but I...
