Hi Reader, I used to think complaining was venting. I thought I was letting go of whatever was bothering me, and there was real relief in it, especially the part where the people around me would agree, relate and validate my "problems". What I did not realize for a long time is that I was creating a self fulfilling prophecy. Every time I told the story of what was wrong, I was giving my attention to it again, reinforcing it, teaching my own life to keep producing more of it. The relief was real, but it was short, and the pattern underneath it was unconsciously, but nonetheless EXTREMELY influential. The part that we weren't taught about attention is that it is not a neutral spotlight we shine on things that are already true. It can be more likened to to a vote. Wherever it lands, again and again, it is selecting what gets to keep showing up in our life. That includes the stories we tell about our problems, which is tricky because what can feel like release is actually a rehearsal. I want to make the distinction that I am not suggesting that we stop talking about what is hard, or to bypass real circumstances of our life. I am inviting us to begin to notice the subtle energetic difference between processing something and rehearsing it. Processing moves us through and allows release. Processing has an end goal of solution. Rehearsal keeps us circling the same result, however it comes disguised as "stress" relief. The next time we catch ourselves telling the complaint story, the one we have told before, to more than one person, in more or less the same words, pause and ask what we are actually reinforcing. Then ask what result we would rather be voting for instead. Today, at 4pm EST inside the Quantum Prayer Circle, I will be teaching a Masterclass on The Architecture of Reality which dives deeply into this topic as it relates to intentionally selecting your reality in practical terms. We'd love to see you inside the community and the class. Our members have LOTS of good things to say and the testimonials and breakthroughs are flowing! Trusting we're going to have a spectacular week, With so much love, Meg |

Hi Reader, There’s a moment most of us know well, the one right before a new week starts, where dread starts creeping in ahead of schedule. We start running through all of our obligations, responsibilities and deadlines before they arrive. The inbox messages that need a response, the conversation(s) that need to be had, phone calls that need to be made, issues that need following up on that we've been avoiding. We sometimes unconciously envision and brace for a negative version of the week...
Hi Reader, Every sentence we repeat becomes a belief. Every belief we repeat becomes an identity. Every identity we repeat becomes the reality we are currently experiencing. The word impeccable comes from the Latin for without sin, and applied to our speech that means something specific. Our word stays *without* harm against ourselves, no shame talk, no self attack dressed up as honesty. Our word stays *without* harm against another person, no gossip, no permanent verdict thrown onto someone...
Hi Reader, There is a hermetic law that has shaped so much of what we understand about growth: nature abhors a vacuum. It explains the way an empty space in our life never actually stays empty for long, because something always rushes in to fill whatever room we make available. Many of us spend years holding onto a jobs, relationships, an identity, or an old version of ourselves long after it has stopped serving who we are becoming. We were taught that letting go meant losing something,...
