Hi Reader, Happy first day of March! Can you believe we are already here? I don't know about you, but something about the first of a new month always feels like a fresh exhale, like the universe is handing you a brand new page and whispering "okay, what are we creating now?" Today I want to share something with you that came out of a coaching session recently that genuinely stopped me in my tracks, because the clarity that emerged in that conversation was so good I knew immediately I had to share it with anyone who would listen! In retrospect, it's what has helped me evolve and transform and truly has the power to move you out of a spiral and into peace faster than almost anything else I know. The first step is to RECOGNIZE where you are resisting. This is such an important place to begin because most of us are so deep inside of our resistance that we don't even realize that is what is happening. We just know something feels tight, or heavy, or stuck, or like we are pushing against a wall that won't move. The simple act of recognizing and naming it, of saying "oh, I am resisting this right now" is already a moment of power because awareness is always the beginning of transformation. From that place of awareness, you make the intentional decision to RELEASE the need to resist in the first place, and here is how we actually do that. Rather than bypassing the fear or white-knuckling your way into positivity, you allow yourself to fully go to the worst case scenario your mind has been quietly dreading. When you stop running from the thing your imagination has been using to hold you hostage, it loses so much of its power over you, and you create the space to move into the next step. The next step is to ACCEPT, which means settling into the truth that God has already handled this. Not that it might work out, not that you hope for the best, but a deep, settled knowing that whatever the outcome looks like, you are held, you are covered, and the story is not over. Acceptance in this framework is an act of faith, not resignation, and there is a profound difference between the two. Finally, you APPRECIATE. You appreciate that it is already worked out in your favor. You appreciate that the disruption was never a derailment but a divine setup. You appreciate that you have been here before and made it through, and that the version of you reading this email right now is evidence of every hard thing you have already survived and grown from. I walked a client through this entire sequence in a single session recently and the shift was palpable. She came in frantic and left grounded, and the circumstances had not changed at all. What changed was the way she was moving through them. If you are craving a consistent space to do this kind of work alongside a community of women who truly get it, I would love for you to come join us inside the Quantum Prayer Circle. Something really special happens when we hold this space together and I think you would feel that the moment you walked in. And if you are feeling called to something deeper and more immersive, our Yes God Identity Recalibration Retreat is heading to Bali from September 15th through the 21st and payment plans are available through the end of April. This is a full week of nervous system regulation, identity work, sacred experiences, sound healing, herbal medicine, private sessions and shared meals in one of the most spiritually rich places on the planet. Hi Reader, Not that long ago, I remember trying to make my life make sense, looking at my money, my options, my timing, trying to piece together a path that felt solid. Every version I came up with only worked if everything lined up perfectly, which made it really clear that I was trying to solve something from a level that was always going to feel limited because I was only using what I could currently see to decide what was possible. When we operate like that, everything naturally starts to...
Hey Reader, There is a point on the growth journey where the work stops being about more information. You already know enough. You have been doing the journaling, the praying, the affirmations, the mindset shifts. You have been catching yourself, redirecting your thoughts, choosing again and again to see things differently. You are doing the work. That is not the question. The question is what environment you keep returning to every single day after you do it. Here is what I have come to...
Hi Reader, Most people try to change their life backwards. I was one of them. They start with habits, routines, and tactics, hoping those things will eventually produce a new identity. They buy the gym membership, commit to the productivity system, start the meditation practice, and then wonder why the motivation disappears after a few weeks. What actually drives lasting change is simpler and more powerful than any of that. Identity comes first. When someone truly decides who they are,...
