Hi Reader, Last night (in the US) the clocks fell back an hour, and this morning the whole world agreed to live by a new time together. There is a beautiful reminder in that, because so much of what we call reality is a story we collectively agree on, and a story can change the moment we decide to change it. For a long time I believed complaining was venting, a healthy way to release whatever was bothering me, and I found so much joy and relief in hearing other people relate to my problems. What I came to see was that every time I retold the story of what was going wrong, I was rehearsing it, adding more detail to the scene and handing it right back to myself as my future. I was creating a self fulfilling prophecy with my own words. Here is what that season taught me, and what I keep teaching today. We are always imagining. Every worry, every “watch this go left,” every replay of the worst case is our imagination at work, because all of it lives in a moment that has yet to happen. Imagination is the bridge between our consciousness and our experience, and since we are using it all day anyway, we get to choose where it goes. Every thought is a request. “Traffic is going to be horrible.” “This weather is going to ruin my day.” “Watch them say no.” Each one is a prayer, and the God within us is listening at all times. The practice is catching it in the moment and revising right there: “Traffic is flowing beautifully today. This day is full of good news.” Awareness is the whole key, and it is always available to us. Falling back is a revision. Last night we rewound the clock and got to live an hour over again, and we get to do the same with any scene from our day. Before sleep, we replay the moment that felt off and see it unfolding with grace and ease, the way we desired it to go. The calendar gives us one extra hour a year, and our imagination gives us that same gift every single night. Our nervous system decides which direction our imagination runs. When the body is braced, the imagination spirals toward the worst case to keep us safe. When the body is calm, imagining the best case starts to feel natural. Underneath every desire we hold, whether it is the money, the relationship, the healing, or the career, the outcome we are really after is feeling safe, whole, and complete. Regulating first lets us live from that feeling now. The END holds our power, and the HOW belongs to God. The mind loves to map out the sequence: this person says yes, then this opportunity opens, then the money arrives from this source. The means are infinite, and fixating on one path keeps the nervous system on guard. When we place our attention on the moment after it is all complete, the body exhales, and the path has room to reveal itself. The nudges matter. When we feel that little inner push to send the email, make the post, or make the call, the ego will offer a dozen reasons to wait. Moving on the nudge is how our imagination meets real life, because so much is being arranged on our behalf beyond what we can see yet. So with this extra hour, we practice catching the story mid sentence, taking a breath, and choosing the request we would rather make. Trusting that nudge is the heart of a free live webinar I am teaching called Coming Home: How We Stop Second Guessing Ourselves and Start Hearing God Clearly. We gather live on Zoom on Tuesday, November 24 at 7 pm ET or Sunday, November 29 at 4 pm ET, and we can choose our date and save our seat here: Save your seat here! Today the Quantum Prayer Circle gathered for our group assumption session, holding each member’s scene from the END as already done. This is the kind of practice we live inside the circle together, and it is open to us here: https://www.skool.com/yesgod For more in between, my YouTube channel, Yes God Wellness, holds live replays and subconscious reprogramming videos: https://www.youtube.com/@YesGodWellness Have a spectacular week, With so much love, Meg PS. We are also in the middle of the Love Your Way Through Experiment live over on Instagram at @yesgodwellness, and each day is being uploaded as a playlist on the YouTube channel so we can follow along from day one. My friend Domari initiated this based on the WONDERFUL teachings inside Catherine Ponder's book "The Prospering Power of Love". Hey Reader, For the past several weeks inside of our community, we have been dissecting a story in Second Kings about a widow, deep in debt, with a creditor coming for her two sons, cries out to the prophet Elisha, and he asks her one question: “Tell me, what do you have in your house?” She answers, “Your servant has nothing there at all, except a small jar of olive oil.” (2 Kings 4:2, NIV) Even though she perceived the jar being small, she borrowed man empty jars, shut the door and poured,...
Hi Reader, On one of our recent daily gratitude calls, a member of our circle dropped this message in the chat... Many of us know that feeling. We grew up being told God was somewhere up there, watching, keeping score, waiting for us to finally get it right because we were born "sinners". It never really sat right with me.. and I now realize that it was a narrative that manipulated people throughout history to be "obedient" and submit to some very harmful people. This is the difference...
Hey Reader, Two headlines found their way to me this month, which says a lot for someone who lives a mostly TV free life, and together they paint a vivid picture of where so many of us are standing right now. The first comes from the Census Bureau. More Americans applied to start a business in the first half of 2026 than in any first half on record, with more than three million applications filed by midyear. Most of these are one person businesses, someone taking a skill, an idea or a talent...
